Decided to leave my responses to the awesome 
's journal. These are my responses to her questions... after which I will list ten new questions to which everyone who feels like it should respond in their own journals (subsequently writing ten more new questions of their own, etc. etc. etc.). So yeah. Here we go.
1. Favourite singer of all time! Heather Dale. Because she needs more love. Go check her out on youtube right now. For a wide selection of her style and representative pieces from each album, I would suggest Bow to the Crown, Mordred's Lullaby, Crashing Down, Road to Santiago, The Maiden and the Selkie, and Mountain.
2. Favourite childhood memory! The first time I saw the ocean (sadly, in New Jersey)... it blew my freaking 5-year-old mind and I've been drawn to it ever since.
3. If you could be an animal, which animal would you be? Cat. No question.
4. Favourite movie/s? TRON. Both of them. Sunshine would be a close second, because it also needs more love.
5. Favourite cat video on youtube! XD this question... well, you can't beat Maru!
6. Favourite pairing if have one! SO. DAMN. MANY. I'll list one from all my main fandoms (relax, there's not that many) because if I don't I'll feel bad leaving somebody out... so... FFVII - Vincent/Cloud (this one reigns supreme above all my other pairings), KH - Aqua/Terra (THAT'S RIGHT BITCHES, HET. EAT IT.), TRON - Flynn/RAM (yeah, I went there...), and from the recently rediscovered YuGiOh - Thiefshipping (yeah, I'm one of those... ironically, however, I got into it way before I ever watched YGOTAS, so TAKE THAT!).
7. Favourite book series! I don't read. Really. It's actually sad. I'd have to go with Lord of the Rings, 'cause that's my roots... but if you want a book series I've actually read sometime in the last two years, then I'll say Zombie Survival Guide/World War Z. I can already prematurely feel everyone rolling their eyes... but if you think the first one is silly, only read the 'recorded attacks' section at the end, or skip the whole thing entirely and go read World War Z. That's gonna become a modern sci-fi/horror classic, mark my words.
8. Any tattoo's or piercings? If so what/where are they and how many? Pierced ears... and on my left ankle, a stylized version of the meteor symbol from the FFVII box cover so that the tail looks more like a wing and less just like a fading color streak, and the roman numerals for fifteen (XV) inside the ball. People ask me all the time why XV (and the more savvy ones get extra confused and ask me why XV inside the symbol for VII)... the answer is too long to fully explain, but let's just say that there are many reasons why those letters/the number fifteen are significant to me, probably greatest among which would be the fact that XV are the initials for one possible way I could write my name, and fifteen was a real lynchpin year in my life which I will never forget.
9. Favourite activity! I would feel so lame saying videogames... so I'm going to say medieval reenactment. From the full-armor fighting, to the singing around campfires, to the authentic Turkish coffeeshops, I love it all.
10. You get three wishes. GO! I'm ignoring altruism for this one, because if this could really happen without consequences, I would hope that everybody would answer this question the same way - something like 'world peace' and 'end world hunger' and 'cure all known disease' - but then everybody would have boring answers... so here are my selfish wishes: I have a list of names on a paper somewhere of people who need to suffer truly excruciating deaths. I would love an unlimited supply of money (which I would probably use to buy all my family nice houses, decent cars, pay off my student loans, etc). I would wish for immortality... just to see what happens in the world in a few hundred years. Also, I'd like to point out, the first two wishes I had could concievably be used to do all sorts of globally good things like depose of brutal dictators and end hunger and stuff... so it's all good.

ongoing procrastination

...other than describing what I'm doing right now, the title of this journal doesn't really have much to do with what I'm going to say. XD
First of all, didn't get into
... which is neither surprising nor devastating. The plot looked like so much fun to be in, but in the end it was such a last minute decision and entry by me, and it was and would have been much more work than any other OCT I'm already doing... partially because I wanted to go full color, and also because I was attempting to re-learn how to use Photoshop... which my trial version is just about to run out on. XP So it's all good. I gotta start writing my entry for 
... then I'll be off the hook again.

meme time again

This is the last thing I should be doing right now... -_- There's like a million things I have to do right now. My room is still a disaster zone, remaining untidied since last semester of college AND my return from Japan... I have to fix up my various clothes and armors, not to mention attend a good dozen practices and events leading up to my big two week medieval reenactment thingie at the end of the summer. On top of that, I'm currently in the process of switching from a job I hate to a job I love for the rest of the summer... and I really need to be researching grad schools. But even with all of this, here's what's got me mosed overwhelmed... yesterday I completed my audition for yesterday, but haven't posted it yet... and here's why. Also yesterday, I found out that I made it into round 1 of , which I was honestly not expecting. Currently, I've already completed my round 1 entry for 
... now, two OCTs I think I can manage... but three? The trouble is, I don't know yet if I'll even get into ... and I could always be eliminated from one of the other two early. I mean... I'm still gonna audition... my entry's done already, so there's no point in not... but just the thought of being in all three... @_@ Anyway... here was what I did to take my mind off of it for a while.
